Choose a few moments that show different parts of your experience: a demanding service, a useful handover or a time you learned a new responsibility. Explain the context before describing your action.
Be clear about your own contribution. Hospitality is team work, and recognising other people’s roles makes your account more credible rather than less impressive.
Think about what you learned. The interviewer needs to understand how you approach the work, including what you would do differently next time.
